Welcome to our property! To ensure an enjoyable and safe stay for everyone, please read and respect our house rules. Thank you for your cooperation.

House Rules

 

1. Designated Areas for Guests and Pets

• Guests are to stay within the designated areas of the property, especially in the garden.

• Pets are only allowed with prior approval. All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.

• Pets are not permitted on sofas and must be fed outside on the balcony.

• Pets must not approach the horses.

 

2. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

• If you smoke outside, please use the provided ashtrays for cigarette butts.

 

3. Wi-Fi

• Wi-Fi access information will be provided upon arrival.

 

4. Bathroom Etiquette

• Keep bathrooms clean and tidy at all times.

• Remove excess hair from drains.

• Hair coloring is not permitted.

• Use a reasonable amount of toilet paper.

• Towels are for personal use only and must not be used to clean objects.

• Cleaning supplies are located near the washing machines.

 

5. Environmental Considerations

• Please be conscious of water and energy usage.

• Avoid excessive towel washing and long showers.

• Ensure air conditioning is turned off if windows are open.

 

6. Washing Machine Use

• Do not overload the washing machines.

• Clean filters if they become dirty.

 

7. Kitchen Cleanliness

• Keep the kitchen clean, especially when cooking with oil.

• Clean up after cooking and eating; follow standard cleanliness guidelines.

 

8. Waste Separation

• Separate waste into plastic, general waste, glass, and paper.

• Use the provided bins/containers outside.

 

9. Energy Use

• Excessive energy usage may result in additional charges.

• Extra cleaning requirements due to negligence may also incur extra fees.

 

10. Fireplace Use

• The fireplace is not to be used at all.

 

11. Air Conditioning

• The air conditioning system can only cool or heat the entire house at once, not individual rooms.

• Please air out the house properly, especially with many guests present.

 

12. Noise Consideration

• Maintain reasonable noise levels at all times, especially to respect neighbors and when horses are in the fields.

 

13. Security & Safety

• Lock the house at all times when leaving or at night.

• Take care of your personal belongings; the hosts are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

14. Contact

• For any questions or emergencies, please contact the facility manager (contact information will be provided separately).

Terms & Conditions

1. Liability: The hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

2. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.

3. Booking and Payment: The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

4. Check-in/Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times. Late check-out may incur extra charges.

5. Occupancy: Only the guests listed at the time of booking are permitted to stay overnight.

6. Termination: Violation of these house rules or terms & conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
